Liberty Advance Machine Inc. Established in 1981 as a prototype and short run Computer
Numerically Controlled Milling ,Turning , and Water Jet operation. Liberty Advance
Machine uses CAD (Computer Aided Design) that gives us 2D and 3D design capabilities for
fixturing and manufacturing of prototypes and short run parts with varying features. CAM
(Computer Aided Machining) can provide tool path programming directly from drawings.
The CAD/CAM provides us with more complex machining capabilities, such as 3axis
contouring, that would not be feasible with the use of standard programming. These two
programs give us the ability to customize to both our needs of our customer, and has lead us
to atmosphere of more creative processing and design recommendations.
Our main production focus at Liberty Advance Machine Inc. has been in the Fields of
aerospace, Automotive,Electronics and Medical appliances, even though all industries can
benefit from our services. We specialize in taking a concept, and develop a prototype, and
also tooling and fixturing if required to run short lots. Our customers call for the use of our
CAD/CAM/CNC prototyping/production capabilities. Small quantities with many varying
designs and engineering changes require some of the special talents and techniques of
Liberty Advance Machine Inc.
The rapid advancements in engineering design technology have created a need for a
manufacturer of our type. At Liberty Advance Machine Inc. our focus is to fill the needs of
all our customers. Our ability is to machine material of the common to the exotic, including
both simple and complex designs.
A close working relationship with our customer's changing needs, attention to detail, quality
and prompt delivery, is our main objective.
